Cork Airport Authority operates all Car Parks at Cork Airport and offers both short-term and long-term parking within the airport campus with over 4,600 spaces available in total. Special rates are available for Frequent Users of car parking facilities at Cork Airport. All car parks operate 24 hours and are regularly patrolled by Airport Police.

Car Park Facilities

No matter which Car Park you use, remember to keep your Car Park ticket with you and pay the parking fees at the automatic pay stations on the ground floor of the Multi-Storey Car Park or at the entrance to the walkway tunnel to Long-term P2 before returning to your car. Credit and Debit card payments are accepted at the pay stations. Parking conditions apply. Lost tickets will be charged at the Full Daily Rate per Day(s) parked. Facilities available to Car Park customers include a complimentary jump-starting service and air and water facilities. Car key holding facilities are available for a small fee from the Car Park Services Desk located on the ground floor of the new multi-storey car park.

Collecting and Dropping Off Passengers at Cork Airport.

The short-term car park is located in the Multi-Storey Car Park adjacent to the Terminal Building and must be used by those meeting or seeing off passengers. Please note that the road outside the Terminal Building is a set-down area only, to facilitate the unloading of people and/or baggage. Due to the volume of traffic using Cork Airport and in the interest of good traffic management, vehicles are not permitted to await arriving passengers outside the Terminal Building. Attended vehicles will be moved on, and the policy of clamping unattended vehicles is rigorously enforced at Cork Airport.

Short-term parking

Short-term parking is available adjacent to the Terminal Building in the Multi-Storey Car Park. Follow the signposts for Short-term parking. Each car space is individually numbered and each floor colour coded. Please make note of where you parked your car. Baggage trolleys are available on each floor of the multi-storey car park.  Short-term parking charges (including 21% VAT) effective 5th January 2009: 

Up to 1 hour €2.50
Up to 2 hours €5.00
Up to 3 hours €7.50
Up to 4 hours €10.00
Up to 6 hours €12.50
Up to 12 hours €15.00
Up to 24 hours €17.50
Each additional 24 hours or part thereof €17.50

Long-term parking 
  

Long-term parking is also available. Cork Airport Authority now operates two long-term car parks at Cork Airport. These are filled sequentially depending on the level of demand. Please observe the electronic Car Park signs on the approach roads to the Terminal building and then follow the overhead gantry directional signposts for either of these car parks. Each parking aisle is designated A, B, C, D etc and each individual car space is individually numbered so please make note of where you parked your car.
Long Term Car Park parking charges (including 21% VAT) effective 5th January 2009:

Weekly Rate € 49.00

Frequent or Business Flyers

For convenience Frequent or Business flyers can avail of a number of prepaid parking card options:

  • €225 Prepaid Card providing €250 worth of parking.
  • €400 Prepaid Card providing €500 worth of parking.
  • Frequent User Card costing €875 and valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Park 'N' Ride

Cork Airport Authority provides a complimentary Park 'N' Ride facility to and from our Long Term P1 car park. There is pedestrian access to the Terminal via a walkway tunnel from our Long Term P2 car park.

Drivers with Special Needs

Drivers with special needs may avail of the short-term car park in the multi-storey in order to be closer to the main Terminal. Spaces are located on the ground floor of the short-term car park. A covered walkway with a gradual gradient will guide you to the main Terminal building. Drivers should ensure that their vehicles display the appropriate sticker on their windscreen to identify them as Drivers with special needs. When returning to the car park, drivers with special needs are requested to pay their parking fee at the Information Desk located in the Terminal in order to avail of the long term rates for parking.

Conditions of Parking

Vehicles are parked in our Car Parks at all times at the owner's sole risk in all respects. Neither Cork Airport Authority nor any of its servants or agents accepts liability for any accident, loss or damage to persons, vehicles, accessories or contents however caused. Vehicles not claimed within six months may, in the absence of special arrangements with Cork Airport Authority, be sold to defray expenses. The placing of a vehicle in the car parks shall be deemed to be unqualified acceptance of these conditions.
